Olivitta is an authentic Italian restaurant in the heart of Doha, on the ground floor of Central Inn Hotel in Al Sadd. Our name comes from the olive — the soul of Italian cooking and the branch on our crest.
Our kitchen honors the traditions of Italy: dough that rests as long as it needs, sauces built from real tomatoes and patience, ravioli folded by hand, and a stone oven that gives our pizza its soul.
But what makes Olivitta ours is hospitality — the Italian kind and the Qatari kind, together. Families linger here. Friends celebrate here. And our private family room hosts birthdays and gatherings that turn into traditions.
